During the retreats, activities focused on meditation, inner exploration, and wellness practices are carried out. You will also have the opportunity to connect with like-minded people, share experiences and expand your consciousness.
No prior meditation or yoga experience is necessary to participate in the retreats. They're tailored to each person's needs and abilities, so everyone can benefit from the experience.
No, air tickets are not included in the cost of the retreats. Each participant is responsible for reserving and paying for their own air transportation to Mount Shasta, California.
